Tips for finding Common Chest

Do the world quest "A Strange Story in Konda" to enter via the locked well behind the Konda's chief village house. Once down the well, follow the water to the first big room w the Electrogranum then turn right, then left into the room with the stairs on the right. up both stairs then turn around
Talk to Rongo. He will give you a shiny shell and tell you to chase away the Flowcurrent Birds. While chasing them away, you will find another shiny shell. Teleport to the waypoint on this island, defeat the enemies, and place 3 shiny shells near the ancient inscription. Return to Rongo after.
On the windmill. Chest only shows up after obtaining the Treasure Clue (I) from Vile, an informant. This is part of Kaeya's quest "Pavo Ocellus Chapter: Act I". Correction (This chest is not the one of Kaeya's quest that one is in the windmill in front of the Adventurers' Guild building)
In the small pool of lava that's on the surface (slightly north of here), detonate the explosive barrels to free a large dragon mech. The mech will open the path to an underground area. Follow it until you reach the underground teleport waypoint, and it will bring you this chest.
The chest is underwater, with three cryo slimes in front of mist flowers around it. The water isn't very deep so swimming above it gets you close enough to open it and collect the rewards. (However I would recommend using taller characters such as Lisa or Kaeya.)
From the nearby teleport waypoint, take the elevator to the lower level. Scan the graffiti on the wall (in the room with the little table) and place the cube under the next door. The chest is in plain sight, but be careful, the floor will break in a few seconds!
You will mostly find the chest while getting up to the fighting ring after the mission. It's on the path. (Teleport to Reputation place and look behind you for a large entrance). Alt desc: Face rep totem, go down two flights of stone stairs on the left.
Do not be fooled, it's not in the House of Hesperides garden but instead in the area where the train passes through from Svetloledovka > Sretomorozk. Follow the railroad and deviate, chest is surrounded by an electro abyss mage and bio-alchemy creature.
