Interactive Genshin Impact Map

This interactive Genshin Impact map shows all of Teyvat on one screen: every region from Mondstadt to Snezhnaya, 94,890 locations in 756 categories, and 6 separate realms such as Enkanomiya and The Chasm. It is the current Genshin Impact map for 2026, refreshed regularly from the data behind the official HoYoLAB map, and it doubles as a tracker for everything you have already found.

Unlike a static picture of the world, an interactive Genshin Impact map lets you switch categories on and off, zoom from the whole continent down to a single chest, and mark pins as collected. Open it on a second screen or on your phone while you play, turn on what you are farming, and follow the pins.

How big is the Genshin Impact map?

HoYoverse has never published an official size for Teyvat, so every figure in square kilometres is a fan estimate. Community cartographers measured roughly 10 km² of explorable overworld around version 3.4, before Fontaine, Natlan, Nod-Krai and Snezhnaya were added. Each of those regions made the world noticeably larger, so the Genshin Impact map size today is well beyond that estimate, and the game keeps growing with new areas in regular updates.

What we can measure exactly is how much there is to find. The Teyvat map alone holds 88,718 pins, including 641 Teleport Waypoints and 62 Statues of The Seven. Natlan is the widest region: its points of interest stretch more than three times as far east to west as Mondstadt's. Every region on the current map

• Mondstadt sits in the north-east of the map and is where every journey starts. It has 66 Anemoculi and 45 waypoints.
• Liyue lies south of Mondstadt. Liyue Harbor, its capital, is on the region's eastern coast. The Liyue map holds 131 Geoculi and 75 waypoints.
• The Inazuma map is a chain of islands across the sea to the south-east, with 181 Electroculi spread over its islands.
• Sumeru lies west of Liyue, rainforest in the east and desert in the west, with 271 Dendroculi.
• Fontaine is to the north-west, west of Mondstadt, and hides much of its content underwater: 271 Hydroculi in total.
• The Natlan map covers the far south-west and is the largest nation so far, with 271 Pyroculi and 126 waypoints.
• Nod-Krai, added in version 6.0, lies in the west, north of Natlan and west of Fontaine, with 271 oculi.
• Snezhnaya is the newest nation, added in version 7.0. On the Genshin Impact map it is in the far north, above Fontaine and Nod-Krai, with 140 oculi so far.

Areas that live on their own layer in the game, like Enkanomiya, The Chasm: Underground Mines and the Sea of Bygone Eras, have their own separate maps so their pins never overlap the surface.

What you can find on the map

The pins are grouped the same way as on the official map, so you can switch on a whole group or a single item:

• Chests and puzzles: 3,911 chests, from Common to Luxurious.
• Oculi and special items: 2,298 collectibles that raise your Statues of The Seven and other offering systems.
• Local specialties: 4,865 pickup spots for character ascension materials, which respawn about two days after you collect them.
• Ores: 5,846 mining nodes for weapon enhancement and crafting.
• Enemies and bosses: 13,563 spawn points, useful for farming drops.
• Materials, wood and fishing: 25,033 material spots, 12,081 trees for furnishing wood and 577 fishing points.

Using the map as an exploration tracker

Exploration percentages in the game tell you that something is missing, not where it is. This Genshin Impact map tracker closes that gap. Click any pin and choose Mark as found, then switch on Hide found pins: everything you already collected disappears, and the gaps in your exploration become obvious. Progress is saved in your browser, works without an account, and can be exported to a file and imported on another device.

About 33,000 pins also carry a note or screenshot from the HoYoLAB community: which puzzle opens a chest, which quest unlocks a domain, or how to reach a ledge. Open a pin to read it before you travel there. Every pin also has its own link, so you can send a friend the exact spot.

Genshin Impact map locations by item

Looking for one specific thing? Every collectible has its own locations page with a per-region count and a map that shows only that item, from oculi and chests to local specialties such as Valberry and Cor Lapis. Use the search box in the filter panel to find any of the 756 categories in a second.

On phones, tablets and PC

The map is built to open fast on mobile: a lightweight preview appears first, then the sharp map loads around you as you pan. Pinch to zoom, drag to move, and open the filters from the bottom panel. On a PC, the scroll wheel zooms and the sidebar stays open next to the map, which makes it easy to use alongside the game.

Always up to date

The data was last refreshed on October 27, 2026. The map is refreshed regularly and after game updates, so pins from a new version are added once they are on the official map. The Genshin Impact map from 2025 looked very different: Nod-Krai arrived that year and Snezhnaya only in 2026, and both are already fully pinned here.
