A pin is wrong or missing
Tell us the item or category, the region, and what is wrong: the pin is in the wrong place, the item is not there in the game, or a location is missing. The easiest way is to open the pin on the map, press Copy link and paste that link into your email. A screenshot from the game helps a lot. Report a pin.
Something on the site does not work
Let us know which page you were on, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Please include your device and browser (for example "Android phone, Chrome" or "Windows PC, Firefox"). Report a bug.
Feature ideas and feedback
Missing a category, a filter or a way of tracking your progress? We build the map around what players actually use, so ideas from players shape what we work on next. Send an idea.
Translations
The map is available in eight languages. If a translation reads oddly in your language, send us the page and the better wording. Suggest a translation fix.

Before you write
- Lost progress: found pins are saved only in your own browser. Clearing site data or switching browsers removes them, and we cannot restore them from our side. Use Export on the map to keep a backup file.
- New patch content: the map is refreshed regularly and after game updates. Pins from a new version are added once they are on the official map.
- Game account issues: we are a fan site and have no access to Genshin Impact accounts, purchases or in-game support. Please contact HoYoverse customer support for those.
