Windrise is the location where Vennessa is said to have ascended to Celestia, where she became a god and now watches over Mondstadt as the Falcon of the West of the Four Winds. The massive oak tree is believed to have grown there after she ascended. A Statue of The Seven (Anemo) is located at the base of the tree.

climb or use the qucusaur to the top and follow you saurian companion and then press start. it will trigger a cutscene after the cutscene, get the statue.

When you walk nearby, dialogue for the world quest will trigger. Can be accessed immediately after the first bit of dialogue is over.

Dialogue will trigger automatically after activating it. Will also grant the achievement 'Colourless Wind on Mysterious Mountain'.
