Gegner erscheinen nach einiger Zeit wieder, deshalb eignen sich diese Markierungen gut zum Farmen ihrer Beute.

This is a one time thing. Once killed - this ruin guard will not respawn. It might also not respawn after the quest on the island is completed.
The ruin guard in this part of Liyue is not an active ruin guard it is only a Prop.
