In midair next to a transport line. Empower self with red kuuvahki (through a nearby Cleaning Bot) and draw in a bipolar stone and inlay it into a crate infused with red kuuvahki to generate a unipolar field to jump from.
Open access to the cavern through East of the Moon, West of the Sun: Whisper Beneath the Waves (blocked shipwreck crevice at sea level above). On the ground level floating above a chest and electro Frostnight Scion.
Accessible during World Quest East of the Moon, West of the Sun - Return to Sender. Floating in a shaft; simply ride the lift up. The world quest starts just near the waypoint on the smaller island to the south.
On the peak of the island You can use the kuhenki up-north from the time trial to get to the island. Then a precious chest on the east. Beat the baddies, and it'll create a line going up to the peak.
Acquired during the “When War Songs Rise” quest line. At the Focal Point of Ancient Array (III) sub quest point, use the Kuuvaki plant to create pathways up and onto the rock platforms to reach it.
Extremely high in the sky. Find all the Bots in the area (10 in total) Assemble the Bots and follow them to reveal red mist. Ride the red mist into the sky to reach the Lunoculus.
At the peak of the mountain Bonus: You can take a Moonlane up there if you finish the Hidden Exploration Objective "The Wolves' Call" which starts south of the Southwest Waypoint.
Rescue a Mandragora from a Radiant Glacial Wolf; whis will attract other Mandragoras that then generate a series of Cottonspring Flowers leading up to the Lunoculus high above.
